The company was created in 2000, and works with the largest marine electronics manufacturers such as Thrane & Thrane, Vingtor Steenhans, Seatel, Intellian, Navistystem or Furuno.

In 2009, a new watermaker product from Aquagiv in Germany has been added to their range. They sell, install, maintain and repair the systems they deal with, and offer full after sales services.

They have a team of qualified technicians who are constantly updated on the latest technologies in radio, satellite TV, telecom sat systems CCTV and Audio/Video entertainment.
They have successfully completed extensive installations on new builds and refits; and install / integrate electronics packages to meet the GMDSS and MCA certifications. In addition, they are also able to conduct Lloyd, BV, DNV or MCA pre surveys.
They can service yachts anywhere in the Mediterranean and even further afield, if required. In January 2009, they also opened an office in Cannes – led by Alain - to specialise in marine communications systems.
